Thailand


Thailand has attracted many Hong Kong residents in recent years due to its unique culture, relatively low cost of living, rich cuisine, and stunning beaches. As of 2024, the Thai passport ranks 65th globally, allowing visa-free access to 83 countries and regions.

 

Thailand Elite Membership


Thailand is the first country in the world to introduce a government-hosted national club membership program. Members enjoy VIP treatment every time they enter Thailand. The membership is divided into four types:


Gold Card


  1. Membership fee: 900,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  2. Multiple-entry visa valid for 5 years

  3. No option to purchase family memberships

  4. 20 points per year, redeemable for services such as hotel stays, flight tickets, health checkups, and entertainment tickets


Platinum Card


  1. Membership fee: 1,500,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  2. Multiple-entry visa valid for 10 years

  3. Option to purchase family memberships for an additional 1,000,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  4. 35 points per year, redeemable for services such as hotel stays, flight tickets, health checkups, and entertainment tickets


Diamond Card


  1. Membership fee: 2,500,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  2. Multiple-entry visa valid for 15 years

  3. Option to purchase family memberships for an additional 1,500,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  4. 55 points per year, redeemable for services such as hotel stays, flight tickets, health checkups, and entertainment tickets


Black Card


  1. Membership fee: 5,000,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  2. Multiple-entry visa valid for 20 years

  3. Option to purchase family memberships for an additional 2,000,000 THB (inclusive of VAT)

  4. 120 points per year, redeemable for services such as hotel stays, flight tickets, health checkups, and entertainment tickets

 

Thailand Investment Visa


  1. Investment in projects approved under the Board of Investment Manual

  2. Minimum investment: 10 million THB

  3. Initial visa valid for 1 year, renewable annually without limit

 

Thailand Long-Term Residency Visa


Introduced in September 2022, this visa program allows holders to live and work freely in Thailand with a reduced tax rate of 17%.


Global Wealthy Citizens


  1. No age or education requirements

  2. Total assets exceeding $1 million USD

  3. Minimum personal annual income of $80,000 USD over the past two years

  4. Minimum investment of $500,000 USD in Thailand

  5. Must hold health insurance with coverage of at least $50,000 USD in Thailand

  6. Can include a spouse and up to 4 children under 20 years old

  7. Initial visa valid for 5 years, renewable


Wealthy Retirees


  1. Must be at least 50 years old

  2. Minimum annual income of $40,000 USD, or

  3. Retirement savings of $80,000 USD

  4. Minimum investment of $250,000 USD in Thailand

  5. Must hold health insurance with coverage of at least $50,000 USD in Thailand

  6. Can include a spouse and up to 4 children under 20 years old

  7. Initial visa valid for 5 years, renewable
