Portugal
Portugal has relatively lenient conditions for permanent residency and passport applications, significantly lower than those of other countries. According to Portugal's immigration policy, applicants only need to accumulate 35 days of residence over five years, with a minimum of 7 days of residence each year, and pass a Portuguese language test at the A2 level to apply for permanent residency or nationality. Additionally, holders of a Portuguese passport enjoy visa-free access to 189 countries, greatly enhancing international mobility.
