Investment Immigration (Golden Visa)
This program features low entry thresholds compared to other countries, with no requirements for education, language proficiency, work experience, or business background. It also offers flexible settlement conditions. Spain supports three-generation immigration, allowing applicants to bring their spouse, unmarried children, and parents who are retired and financially dependent on them.
Visa Requirements:
Purchase real estate worth €500,000 or more (abolished as of September 2024); or
Purchase €2 million in Spanish government bonds; or
Acquire at least €1 million in shares of Spanish companies; or
Maintain a €1 million deposit in a Spanish bank.
Non-Lucrative Residency Visa
This visa grants the right to reside in Spain but prohibits engaging in economic activities, such as starting a business or working locally. It is ideal for individuals who already have stable income or businesses outside of Spain and wish to live abroad with their family.
Visa Requirements:
Applicants must be non-EU nationals aged 18 or older.
Hold a global health insurance plan and have no illnesses that could impact public health.
A minimum annual income of €26,000, with an additional €6,400 required per family member.
After obtaining the visa, applicants must reside in Spain for at least 6 months per year during the first year.
Entrepreneur Visa
This option does not require a large investment and has no specific requirements regarding education, language skills, or business background. However, the Spanish government will assess the proposed business project to ensure it aligns with Spain's social and economic development interests.
Visa Requirements:
Be 18 years or older with no criminal record in the past 5 years.
Hold global health insurance.
Demonstrate sufficient financial resources, with a minimum monthly income of €2,130 for the primary applicant, plus an additional €532 for each accompanying family member.
