Capital Investment Entrant Scheme
This scheme aims to attract high-net-worth investors to Hong Kong, enhancing the development of asset and wealth management, financial services, and professional services.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have no criminal record.
A minimum personal net worth of HKD 30 million over the past two years.
A minimum of HKD 30 million in eligible investment categories, including:
At least HKD 3 million in a specified investment portfolio.
The remaining HKD 27 million can be allocated among these options:
Stocks listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Bonds listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Bonds issued by government-backed entities.
Fixed deposits with designated banks for at least 12 months (max. HKD 3 million).
Subordinated debt securities in HKD or RMB.
SFC-recognized funds or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
Investment-linked insurance plans approved by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
Private equity funds (investment cap: HKD 10 million).
Non-residential real estate (investment cap: HKD 10 million).

Applicants can bring their spouse and unmarried children under 18 years old to reside in Hong Kong.

Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)
This initiative aims to attract globally talented individuals with high academic qualifications or economic strength to explore opportunities in Hong Kong. It offers three application categories, with unlimited quotas for Category A and B, and 10,000 annual slots for Category C.

Category A:
Annual income of HKD 2.5 million or above in the past year.
No academic qualifications required.
Initial visa validity: 3 years.
Category B:
Graduate from a designated world-class university.
At least 3 years of work experience within the past 5 years.
Initial visa validity: 2 years.
Category C:
Recent graduate from a designated world-class university with less than 3 years of work experience.
Initial visa validity: 2 years.

Quality Migrant Admission Scheme
Designed to attract highly skilled professionals or individuals with exceptional achievements. Two scoring criteria are used depending on the applicant’s qualifications:
General Points Test (GPT):
Applicants must meet at least 6 out of 12 criteria, which include age, education, language proficiency, work experience, income, and business ownership.
No prior employment in Hong Kong is required.
Family members (spouses and unmarried dependents under 18) can accompany the applicant.
Residence validity: 3 years initially, with extensions in 2-year increments.
Permanent residency eligibility after 7 years.
Achievement-Based Points Test (APT):
Reserved for those with international awards or who have made significant contributions to their professional field.
