We officially launched our first Cayman Segregated Portfolio Company (SPC) Fund, primarily focusing on venture capital, private equity, and pre-IPO financing projects. This marked a pivotal step in building an international and professional investment platform.

Completed Acquisition
Caelus Asset Management Ltd, a strategic subsidiary of Oceanus, has completed the merger and acquisition transaction with Malaysia's AEI Capital Ltd.
Obtained FSC License
Oceanus has obtained an "Approved Manager" license from the BVI FSC, shifting its strategic focus to offshore investment and portfolio management to enhance cross-border wealth services.

He holds deep local expertise and a proven record in building and scaling investments. Currently, he oversees Cayman SPC and ELP funds, targeting high-growth sectors like SaaS, medtech, and logistics.

He also provides integrated family office services, including residency planning, succession, and global asset allocation.
